You may request closure of your wz777 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to account closure, wz777 will process any outstanding verified withdrawal requests. Account closure requests do not affect any ongoing responsible gaming self-exclusion periods, which will continue for their full duration.

wz777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion where there are reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, where required by our regulatory obligations, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.

All financial transactions on the wz777 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). wz777 does not apply currency conversion charges to deposits or withdrawals made in PKR. Any currency conversion that may be applied by your payment provider (such as JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank) is outside wz777's control and is governed by that provider's own terms.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your wz777 balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to 15 minutes during normal processing hours. Cryptocurrency (USDT) deposits are credited upon the required number of network confirmations.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. wz777 processes JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within 5–15 minutes during normal operating conditions.
